Jason Ratliff

Jason Ratliff leads engagements as Principal Consultant. He has spent 26 years building, transforming, and restructuring technical organizations across healthcare technology, cloud platforms, and AI/ML systems.

The engagements have consistently been the kind that don't appear in press releases: large-scale portfolio rationalization, organizational consolidation, platform builds under federal compliance deadlines. That preference for operating quietly is what the GCG model is built on.
